The Facilities & Ancillary Services Department is responsible for planning and developing °µÍø51 facilities, operating related services and for the ongoing maintenance of the college and its equipment.
The Department's goal is to maintain buildings, grounds and equipment at a high operational level, and to provide students, faculty, and staff with a well maintained and pleasing campus environment.

Smoke-free campus
°µÍø51 is a smoke-free campus. The policy prohibits smoking/vaping/chewing on the grounds of °µÍø51. All °µÍø51 campuses and sites have been smoke free as of September 1, 2018.
