NEW BOOKING REQUIREMENTS for 2026/27! As a not for profit, our funding is directly related to how many students we see each year. As such, we cannot visit the same class twice in one year. In addition, to ensure we are using our travel budget and resources effectively, we are only able to accommodate full-day bookings. This typically looks like:
Tuesdays & Wednesdays:
- one workshop in the morning, one after recess and one after lunch or,
- two of the extra long, 2hr+ workshops (see workshop details for timing) or,
- one extra long, 2hr+ workshop and two, 1 hr workshops
Thursdays (no workshops after 1pm):
- one workshop in the morning, one after recess or,
- one of the extra long, 2hr+ workshops (see workshop details for timing)
Exceptions will only be made for homeschooling or other small organizations that do not have access to 3 different classes.
Due to popular demand, we are only able to visit each class once per school year. You are welcome to use as many of our asynchronous lesson as you'd like! All our videos are available on our and we are happy to mail out any supplementary materials required to follow along.
If you have any questions please email iue@douglascollege.ca
